Our 2011/2012 PTA

The Swift Creek Elementary School Parent Teacher Association (PTA) is comprised of volunteer parents, teachers and school staff members dedicated to promoting our children’s health, well-being and educational success. PTA recognizes parents as the first educators in the home and works to promote parents as partners in the school.

SCES is an exceptional school with phenomenal SOL scores, dedicated parents and committed teachers. SCES PTA sponsors over 50 events throughout the school year. Parent volunteers are critical to our success.

Membership

The Swift Creek PTA is working hard to achieve 100% membership this school year. If you have not yet joined, it is not too late. You can send in your check, made out to the Swift Creek PTA, or cash, in the amount of $5.00 per member, to the school in an envelope marked “PTA Membership”. Remember, that parents, grandparents and even aunts and uncles can join in to help us reach our goal. We will send out the membership cards in late September, and they all arrive with a Chick Fil-A coupon for a free milkshake, and a gator tattoo!
